Online Banking Users

The fastest and easiest way to set up, modify or cancel existing recurring monthly transactions to your loan payment from an external bank account is to complete the online form within online banking.

Steps to follow:

To set up, modify or cancel existing reoccuring ACH transactions, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Log into It'sMe247 Online Banking
2. Go to My Accounts > Other links
3. Complete and submit the secure form online

Non-Online Banking Users

Non-online banking users who wish to set up, modify or cancel existing recurring monthly ACH transactions will have to download, complete and submit a phyical ACH Authorization Agreement form. 

1. Download the ACH Authorization Agreement
2. Print and complete
3. Return to KCCU (See options below)

Ineligible Loans

You cannot set up auto pays on line-of-credit loans which include Visa credit cards, checking line-of-credit, and home equity line-of-credit loans.

Canceling Existing ACH

If you are canceling an existing ACH and adding a new one you must fill out both the Cancel an Existing Payment and Set up New Payment information section on this form.

Allow time for processing

A pre-notification is sent on all new preauthorized loan payments to verify the validity of account information. This signed authorization should be received a minimum of 10 days prior to settlement date to allow adequate time for processing of the pre-notification. This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until KCCU has received written notification from the primary or joint account holder of its termination in such time and in such manner as to allow KCCU a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
