values & vision statement
about KCCU
KCCU is a full-service financial institution serving families for decades. Your credit union provides more opportunity than other financial institutions because it is owned and governed by the people who utilize its products and services. Every member owns a share of the credit union, and the credit union operates to promote the financial well-being of all its members.
our history
In 1941, twelve Kellogg Company employees contributed $5 each and applied for a charter, forming a credit union to serve the financial needs of Kellogg Company employees and retirees in Battle Creek. Today, KCCU has grown to serve people who live, work, worship, or attend school in West Michigan.
our vision
KCCU is a member-owned financial institution providing friendly, competent, and competitive financial services, while maintaining financial stability and promoting growth and development through mutual trust. Our vision is to provide financial opportunity, choice, and lifelong value to our members and our community.
