Card Controls provides peace of mind in the event your KCCU Debit or Visa Platinum Credit Card gets lost or stolen, or even if you detect suspicious activity. You can access this feature from within KCCU’s Mobile App and easily turn your debit and credit cards on or off and you can also set up real-time transaction notifications to protect your accounts from unauthorized use. You are in control, anytime, anywhere!

With Card Controls, you can also:

• See recent account activity
• Report a lost or stolen card
• View account balances
• View your Credit Card payment amount and due date

how to get started

Take control of your cards today! Simply download the KCCU mobile app, log into your account, and choose “Manage My Cards” under the “More” menu.

There are a few types of transactions that will not trigger a real-time transaction notification such as: fuel pump authorizations, denied transactions, and credit transactions such as refunds, deposits, and reversals.

If you already have the KCCU mobile app, make sure you have the most up-to-date version, so you can use all the latest features.
