The holiday season is a time for giving, and Kellogg Community Credit Union (KCCU) is inviting its Members and the community to help make the season a little brighter for local children and teens. Through its annual Toy Drive, KCCU is collecting new toys, games, and gifts to help ensure children throughout West Michigan have something special to enjoy during the holidays.
All KCCU branches will be participating in this year's drive, supporting local organizations that work to bring holiday happiness to children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. Community members are encouraged to donate new, unwrapped toys and games for children up to age 17. Gift cards are also a great option for teens, allowing them to pick out something they will truly enjoy.
Donations will be accepted at all KCCU branches from now through December 7. All gifts should remain unwrapped so that the organizations receiving donations can appropriately distribute them to children and families. Every contribution, big or small, helps make the holidays more special for a child in our community.
“The holidays are a wonderful opportunity to come together and show kindness to those around us,” shared Tracy Miller, CEO of KCCU. “The kindness and willingness of our community to give back is what makes this effort so meaningful year after year. Every donated toy or gift helps create a little extra excitement for a child during the holiday season. We hope our community will join us in spreading some holiday cheer and making a positive impact for local families.”
