KCCU Announces New Corporate Office4/15/2026

Dear Valued Members,

This year, KCCU is celebrating an incredible milestone—85 years of serving our members and strengthening our community. It’s a moment filled with pride, gratitude, and excitement for what’s ahead.

KCCU Corporate Office    KCCU Corporate Office

We’re thrilled to share a major step forward in our journey: KCCU has invested in land at 3160 Watkins Road in Battle Creek to build a new corporate office. For nearly 40 years, our corporate office, originally built in 1986, has been the home to our administrative and operational team and the place where so much of our growth and service innovation began. It has supported our credit union, team, and members through decades of expansion and change. Looking back 40 years we are proud to have steady growth. When our current office was built, we had $51 million in assets and 13,000 members. Today we serve over 55,000 members and have nearly $1 billion in assets.

Why We’re Investing

This isn’t just about a building—it’s about our future. It’s a powerful reflection of KCCU’s unwavering commitment to you – our members, to our dedicated team, and to the community we are honored to serve every single day. This investment represents the next evolution of how we serve our members—rooted in the same values that have guided us since the beginning in 1941.

  • Empowering Our Team: A modern, purpose-built headquarters gives our staff the tools, space, and environment they need to collaborate, innovate, and serve you better every day.
  • Enhancing Your Experience: With expanded facilities and upgraded technology, we’ll be able to offer more products, faster service, and personalized financial solutions that evolve with your needs.
  • Strengthening Our Community: This investment supports local jobs, contributes to regional development, and reaffirms our long-term commitment to being a trusted financial partner in the place we all call home.

Honoring our Past, Building our Future

From our early days in the Battle Creek Kellogg Company plant to our current corporate office, each chapter in KCCU’s story has been shaped by a commitment to service, community, and progress. As a member-owned institution, every step we take is guided by our shared values and vision. This new corporate office is a strategic investment in our future, positioning us for sustainable growth, deeper relationships, and continued excellence in service.

Thank you for being a member of KCCU and for being part of this journey.
We’re building more than a building—we’re building a future, together.

Sincerely,
